Abstract
This is an interactive break-out session that explores scenarios of cross-cultural communication with coworkers and the students we serve. Participants will examine ways to establish rapport in their communication, better understand multicultural elements that often impact effective oral and written communication both in person and virtually. Participants will leave with a better understanding of how to connect in the workplace through effective messaging.
