Entrepreneurship programs are important, often applied at the university level, and not very often in colleges and schools, to identify and establish skills in students, as well as entrepreneurship initiatives. Therefore, the aim of this study is to determine the effectiveness of the Escuela emprende program in the development of entrepreneurial skills in secondary school students. A pre-experimental methodology was used based on a pre-test and post-test with a single study group of 31 first-year students, aged between 11 and 12 years, who were also studied during 13 sessions over a period of 4 months for the development of entrepreneurial skills oriented towards achievement, planning, and power, and also applied the instrument, personal entrepreneurial characteristics (PEC'S) of 55 questions with a Likert scale, before and after the program. For this purpose, Student's t-tests and Wilcoxon's t-tests for related samples were applied with a confidence interval of 95%.
