This research studied the empirical model in which the level of entrepreneurial competencies directly influences the level of innovative capacity and both directly influence the degree of business competitiveness, and this together with entrepreneurial competencies directly influences the degree of creation of economic value according to the perception of the members of Chamber of the Transformation Industry (CAINTRA) in Nuevo León. This research is quantitative and explanatory. The sample that was used was of 125 entrepreneurs from the Nuevo León. For data collection, a questionnaire with a Likert scale where 1 is not important and 5 is very important.
