Abstract

An interview is provided with the president of Andrews University (AU) Andrea Luxton. When asked about her leadership as a college president in the information age, she comments on her role in engaging with diversity at Newbold College in Great Britain. She discusses leadership issues related to her response to a racist viral video on YouTube. When asked about AU administration's decision making process concerning the aforementioned racist video, she comments on releasing a video response.
