Abstract
" I see the Christian school as a place where Christian mentors (also called teachers) walk alongside their younger sisters and brothers to 1) guide them into a personal relationship with Jesus Christ, and 2) help them develop the “mind of Christ” (1 Corinthians 2:16, NIV). In this mentorship, Christian teachers are not some elite, all-knowing group. Rather they are lifelong learners, deepening their own relationships with Christ, seeking the Mind of Christ, even as they nurture and guide the children and youth of the Church."
