Abstract

Pastors and administrators in the field often sense the need to be reading serious works in order to stay current and relevant in ministry, and to deepen their understanding of theology, ministry practice, leadership principles, etc. So how can one efficiently and effectively read the sometimes daunting amount of material needed to stay sharp and fresh in ministry? I would like to share some ideas and practices that I teach seminarians that may also be helpful to those living in the busyness of life and ministry.
