School of Leadership

Chair: Bordes Henry-Saturne

The School of Leadership is home to three overlapping yet distinct academic programs.

1. Leadership is a competency-based and job-embedded program for leaders in environments as diverse as education, business, nursing, clergy, and government organizations. The two educational administration programs prepare leaders for service specifically in educational settings:

2. Educational Leadership is for leaders of primary or secondary schools or school systems, while

3. Higher Education Administration is for administrators in colleges and universities.

Our integrated department shares its faculty and courses among these three programs, encouraging a "cross-pollination" of ideas between disciplines that enhances the learning of participants in all three programs.
