Presentation Length
90 minutes
Abstract
In an increasingly digital world, how can we use technology to support connection, engagement, and human flourishing? This interactive session will equip both faculty and staff with practical strategies for using Zoom and Panopto effectively in their daily work. Faculty will learn how to enhance teaching, student interaction, and content delivery, while staff will explore ways to improve communication, collaboration, and resource sharing to better serve all students, including the Global and online students of AU. Through hands-on demonstrations and discussions, we will focus on best practices that align with the conference theme of "Faith, Hope, and Love: Cultivating Practices of Human Flourishing" ensuring that our use of technology strengthens in-person and virtual relationships, fosters understanding, and promotes excellence in our work. Whether you're hosting virtual meetings, recording lectures, delivering training materials, or managing institutional content, this session will help you harness these tools to create meaningful and effective digital experiences. Join us as we cultivate digital practices that empower both learning and service!
