Description

Across the United States, women bear a significantly higher institutional service load than men. This disparity only increased with the COVID-19 pandemic. There are obvious implications for advancement and wellbeing. This session will feature a multidisciplinary team who will share wisdom and strategies. Additionally, we will ask participants to create a set of recommendations for the offices which can provide additional support to female faculty. While the session strategies are specifically for women, everyone is invited to attend this session.
