By Faith Alone
Norval F. Pease
Adventist history shows a growing emphasis upon the doctrine of justification by faith, attributed largely to the influence of the writings of Ellen G. White.
This book has four purposes: first, to review some aspects of the doctrine of justification by faith as taught in the Bible. Second, to give a survey of the history of the doctrine of justification by faith from Paul to Wesley; third, to trace the attitude toward the doctrine of justification by faith in the Seventh-day Adventist Church; and fourth, to give the reader a cross section of Adventist literature on justification by faith.
By Faith Alone does not merely provide historical or doctrinal information but will serve to glorify God, by whose grace we are saved. -
