Creating a Research Culture in a Small Non-Selective Department

Abstract
The article focuses on the study regarding the effectiveness of a Behavioral Science department in changing a psychology curriculum to improve student self efficacy in research. The study used the Research Skill Self-Rating to 45 undergraduate and graduate students taking research methods. Results show the productivity of the behavioral science department with student self-efficacy increase in subjects including question identification, hypothesis formulation, and experimental design.
