Proposal for Presentation
This presentation focuses on students who learn English as a second language (ESL) in the U.S. and provides general information, including data on their population based on their first languages. It examines the challenges they face in school by presenting our findings and the personal experience of one of the presenters. Considering these challenges, we suggest teaching strategies to support them. Additionally, we propose recommended classroom ideas that would help these students learn English effectively.
