Mental health skills are vital for students to remain engaged in class content and support retention. Including mental health, skills do not have to be difficult, and educators are likely already practicing supportive responses that can be expanded on. This presentation will provide simple approaches to help build emotional literacy at all levels of education. Brief examples of how an activity might be adapted or utilized in classes or adapted for diverse ages and resource recommendations will be provided within this 30-minute presentation.
