Proposal for Presentation
This workshop style presentation will provide a description of early implementation of trauma-informed educational practice in grades 3-5 as part of an ongoing partnership between Andrews University Center for Trauma Education & Care and Sylvester Elementary School. Approaches and strategies utilized will be shared, along with successes, challenges, and lessons learned. Opportunities to engage in research-based experiential learning activities will be provided.
