Description

Despite the growing recognition of loneliness and mental health as global epidemics, research in the African context, particularly in Ghana, remains limited. This quantitative study examined the factors influencing workplace loneliness and mental health in Ghana’s higher education sector. The findings indicate that co-worker support, workload and work pressure impact employee loneliness and mental health.
