Abstract / Resumen
Reverse coaching is a relatively new methodology where young people act as coaches in technological issues for older adults. Adults with greater experience in a certain areas of knowledge or practice act as coaches for young leaders. This paper investigates reverse coaching as a strategy promoting the engagement of different generations in the training “Leadership for Elders” offered as a distance-learning course for local church elders and potential young leaders in Brazil.
