As education service providers, timely customer service is vital to growing and maintaining distance education. In this session participants will discuss and brainstorm best practices for providing effective and personal feedback to enhance student engagement and motivation. Customer service goes beyond interaction with students. What other strategies should Distance Education providers use in providing exceptional service?
