Biography

Sharon Aka is an Associate Director of Education for the North American Division of Seventh-day Adventist and the Associate Director of the Adventist Learning Community (ALC). She coordinates professional development curriculum construction for Pastors, Administrators, & Lay Ministries across the Division. She believes that the ALC offers the opportunity to extend the gospel mission to the whole world.

Sharon has a professional background as a Registered Nurse, and Nursing Professor and Professional Development Specialist in the post-secondary environment. She is currently a PhD student at Andrews University.
