Abstract
"In this article we continue our journey exploring the direct connection that exists between vision and everyday life by (1) considering what it means to live out the vision spiritually and the difference its various interpretations have on the spiritual and missionary life of the church. After (2) exploring the oft-forgotten vision-spirituality-church-mission connection operating within the church, we will (3) survey the way in which it relates to the neutralization of Scripture. Finally, we will (4) seek ways to maximize the church’s rich human resources to overcome the neutralization of Scripture and unleash the power of God’s Word on a personal, institutional and global level."
