Description
This paper reports a study with purpose to survey newly-baptized members through the Georgia-Cumberland Conference to determine what approaches are yielding the greatest success in winning converts and what are the demographics of the most winnable populations. It used a survey instrument created by the Institute of Church Ministry for data collection.
