Description
This dissertation includes the results of a study conducted to find what the preferences of ministers in the North American Division of Seventh-day Adventists are towards continuing their education. This was in an effort to provide opportunities for ministers to enhance their professional development beyond seminary training. The study's purpose was to provide data on the needs and preferences of ministers, which could then be used to formulate continuing education programs.
