Description
This paper is a report of a study conducted by the Institute of Church Ministry on the relative effectiveness of various approaches to the education of the Adventist ministry in North America. A survey was designed to gauge the perceived effectiveness of certain routes taken to ministry and administered to ministers, and another survey was administered to conference presidents and ministerial directors to gauge the ministerial effectiveness of these ministers. The results of these surveys are presented in this report.
