Obj. Reg. No. 2491

Stratum: HR02 - 3

Material: Bronze

Allocated to: Department of Antiquities

Notes: 174 x 13 x 3 mm.

Probe or kohl stick at other end.

Notes on Copy: 17.47 entire length; 1.47 lobe of kohl stick; 4.91 length of spoon; 1.25 width of spoon at widest part.

Notes on Copy Reverse: This bronze spoon is well made and delicately designed. (If it were cleaned and bent back into shape, it could make a good display piece)

The bowl of the spoon is bent back from its position of use (the concave side is bent back). Actually the spoon is oval, tapered well, and folded in the center lengthwise. There is a section of rings 0.82 cm. long where the spoon tapering begins.
