The Doctor of Leadership (DLead) is a professional doctoral degree in leadership, designed for full-time professionals in the context of their employment. Graduate students pursue ‘action research’, often resulting in new initiatives, various products, training programs, books, media assets, and more. The School of Leadership DLEAD terminal degree (54 credits) provides in-depth leadership learning and growth applicable to nearly every professional context.
