Presentation Abstract
This research project aimed to determine factors related to government policies, business financing, and entrepreneurial skills as predictors of business management practices among students and graduates of the Tecnológico de Antioquia in Medellín, Colombia. Regression analysis indicated that entrepreneurial skills and business financing account for 79% of the variance in business management. The government policies variable was not found to be predictive.
