The study is a systematic review aimed at analyzing the impact of psychological harassment on employees, the workplace environment, and the prevention or mitigation strategies organizations are employing. Workplace harassment is the deliberate behavior of a superior with the intent to harm an employee's work life, leading to health issues, including psychosomatic and psychological problems.
