Description
In 2017, Michael E. Cafferky, DBA, MDiv, retired from his position as the Ruth McKee Chair for Entrepreneurship and Business Ethics at Southern Adventist University (TN). He completed the Doctor of Business Administration at Anderson University, Anderson, Indiana and the Master of Divinity at Andrews University SDA Theological Seminary. Dr. Cafferky is the author of Management: A faith-based perspective (Pearson, 2012) and Business Ethics in Biblical Perspective (InterVarsity, 2015), other books and many published articles. For the last twenty years, he has given scores of presentations and academic papers on the theme of the Bible and applied economics in the USA and internationally. Currently, he is writing the Thesis for the Master of Fine Arts in creative writing at Lindenwood University (St. Charles, MO), expecting to complete the degree requirements at the end of July, 2025. In October, 2024 the Lindenwood University faculty nominated him for membership in the Alpha Chi honor society. Michael expects to see his debut novel, On the Brink, released in 2025 by Elk Lake Publishing.
