Teachers and other education professionals are experiencing high-levels of on-going stress within the education field. Students are presenting with new and on-going behaviors and academic difficulties. This presentation will share strengths-based approaches to build both teacher and student resilience. Skills of establishing felt safety, cultivating healthy relationships in an educational environment, differentiating instruction to increase academic success, addressing lagging skills and unmet needs, and managing reactions will be discussed.
