The purpose of this session is to address the trauma needs within our schools. You will learn strategies that will help support students who have experienced trauma. These simple strategies have been well received by educators. They were especially shocked to know that pushing children under such trauma can also worsen their situation and cause more trauma. After receiving these strategies and reporting back, educators were able to share some powerful testimonies as they saw dramatic changes within their classrooms. Their efforts to build relationships with their students brought real change into the classroom.
