In asynchronous and synchronous online classes, there is an extra challenge in building a relationship with your “Zoomies” (Students that you have never met in person). How can you connect with students so that they will be motivated to do their best work? How do you build that student/teacher relationship with someone you have never met in person? Learning the skills of relationship building in online classes will make your work rewarding and change the lives of your those you teach.
