Proposal for Presentation

There are a large number of schools in the United States that are categorized as failing schools. A failing school is one that does not make the yearly requirement of progress for two or more consecutive years. There is a lot of debate over if it is possible to turn around, or save, a failing school so that the school can remain open for the students and to keep the faculty and staff employed. Or if trying to save a failing school is a waste of time and money and the failing school should simply shut down. In this poster I will present both the pros and cons of trying to turn around a school with such circumstances.
