Type II diabetes mellitus (T2DM) is a chronic non-communicable disease that accounts for over two-thirds of global deaths. In Kenya, people with T2DM lack disease information and management knowledge. This project studied the impact of culturally appropriate structured diabetes education on diabetes knowledge, self-efficacy, and HbA1c levels of patients in the suburban community of Eldoret, Kenya. We utilized a non-randomized experimental design. The intervention was completed over three weeks. The data were analyzed using the ANOVA with p=0.5. The results demonstrated significant differences for HbA1c levels (F(1, 122)= 9.989, p=0.002), diabetic knowledge (t=7.218, p=
