Proposal for Presentation
The purpose of this presentation is twofold. First, the presenters argue that teachers should work to build their resilience. Second, the authors believe that self-study is a useful methodology for building resilience; yet, K-12 teachers are rarely exposed to this research practice. Thus, the title, Take Charge of Your Resilience through Self-Study Research. A vital part of this presentation focuses on how two individuals, a university professor and a high school teacher, engaged in this process.
