Are middle and high school students alert enough to learn at 8am? It has long been believed that students learn best in the morning, leading to traditional school hours beginning early in the morning. The reality, however, is that many students are lacking in sleep, possibly leading to an inability to concentrate on learning. School times should be chosen in line with when students are best able to learn. This poster will address the pros and cons of different school times.
