Description
This study examined the importance of spiritual well-being, hope, Psychological Body Armor TM (PBA), and basic psychological needs in predicting low vicarious traumatization among trained Critical Incident Stress Management (CISM) responders. Results showed that spiritual well-being, PBA, and autonomy were significant predictors of lower vicarious trauma.
