The quality of leadership in our rapidly changing and complex world is fundamental. To lead out successfully today, one needs to be equipped with a combination of leadership styles in order to significantly contribute to the development of the entity entrusted to him/her. To achieve that, every leader can learn a few leadership principles: (1) being ready to use a combination of leadership styles, (2) valuing both employee wellbeing and productivity, (3) humbling yourself, keep on learning, and opening up to “the other,” (4) displaying moral values that are so much needed nowadays, people will be won to your cause, and development will start, grow, and soar.
