It takes a lot of discipline to say, ‘I’m going to walk with God today’: Recognizing and Addressing Barriers to Pastors’ Spiritual Wellbeing

This presentation highlights findings from studies focusing on Adventist pastor stress and wellbeing in North America. Utilizing both quantitative (survey) and qualitative (focus groups) data, the analysis examines findings related to spiritual challenges and strategies to bolster spiritual health and wellbeing. We conclude with planned inter- ventions emerging from these findings.
