Theories on factors that contribute to effective online learning have pointed to four main components: (a) Student independence and attitude, (b) Instructional design, (c) Interactivity, and (d) Learning environment and resources. This study focuses on all four factors in view of online adult student perceptions. This session will share factors that contribute to the effectiveness of e-learning.
