Abstract

In recent years, authenticity has become a top quality that decides customer preferences and brand loyalty. It is also an essential value in the Bible, and the church is called to stay authentic. This interdisciplinary paper introduces the areas to build brand authenticity of the church and finds current challenges within the church through the lens of brand authenticity.
