(Former) Andrews University President, Niels-Erik Andreasen, sent a statement to Andrews faculty, staff, and students regarding the university's decision not to support a fundraiser from an unofficial club to raise money for a Chicago agency focused on helping homeless LGBT youth, a decision which sparked much controversy and bad feelings.
