This action research analyzed the development and implementation of a free nine-module orientation course, UGDE 101 Maximizing your Andrews Experience, required from 2017 for all students admitted into Andrews University online programs. This presentation will share literature informing the study, and the findings from qualitative and quantitative data analysis that assessed the effectiveness of the course.
