What is the goal of testing at school? In recent decades, there has been a shift in interest placing student centered approaches to learning above teacher centered approaches. Consequently, students have expressed concern regarding whether they benefit from tests or not. Some students see tests as means of punishments, or an obstacle for them to succeed, while other students say that tests help them better comprehend what they have learned. The purpose of this poster is to present the benefits and drawbacks of testing.
