Abstract / Resumen

Professor Ismael Castillo considers the mission of his life to "develop processes that God can guide to implement the Adventist educational model and to facilitate the students to prepare as missionary professionals with a global vision." He is originally from the state of Sinaloa, in Mexico. Prof. Ismael Castillo Osuna is a pastor and professor of elementary education, graduated from the University of Montemorelos. Also he graduated from a Master in Religion, taught by Andrews University in Montemorelos. In addition he has taught dozens of lectures and classes on leadership and philosophy of Adventist education, themes he loves.
