Teacher efficacy and the use of specific instructional practices by seventh- and eighth-grade science teachers in the United States
Abstract
This is my doctoral dissertation which investigated correlations between 7th- and 8th-grade teachers' perceptions of efficacy and their use of specific types of instructional methods. Results showed a positive correlation between teacher efficacy beliefs and use of more constructivist instructional methods.
