Description

The Institute of Church Ministry in conjunction with the School of Business at Andrews University was tasked with suggesting a curriculum for administrators in the Seventh-day Adventist system. A study was conducted among current administrators within the SDA Church in an effort to determine the competencies needed by administrators. This paper contains a report of the findings.
