There is critical-incident stress, chronic-overload stress, and individual vulnerability to stress. And there’s family susceptibility to stress. Thus, more than just survive, pastors and their families need to find ways to thrive in spite of their inevitable exposure to these various forms of stress. How, then, can we learn to deal with the harsh reality of stress?
