As a teacher, to what lengths would you go to ensure the safety of your students? Hearing the words “guns” and “schools” in the same sentence sends many people into a panic. In view of the recent rise in school shootings within the public-school system, some argue that teachers and administrators should have the right to conceal and carry firearms to help protect their students in case of a tragic event. This poster presentation addresses this issue, discussing the pros and cons associated with such legislation.
