The Scholarship of Teaching and Learning is regarded as critical to improving education; however, securing funds for SoTL research is quite challenging. This presentation will consider general strategies for approaching SoTL grants; focus on three types of grant providers: government agencies, associations, and foundations; and include discussion of participants' proposals. Grants for school districts, schools, and professors will be addressed, depending on the interests of attendees.
