Proposal for Presentation

As global citizens, we welcome technology. As teachers, we want our students to be able to think, discuss, and learn from those around the world and in their classroom. How do we use technology to engage students without relying mostly on technology to keep them interested? In this session, we will explore teacher-based and student-based apps that engage high school students and help them to become global citizens within the context of a literature classroom.
