Often students graduate without having engaged in authentic application of their skills and knowledge to solve real life problems. This session will present the pedagogical principles behind providing opportunities for students to participate in actual projects as part of their coursework. We will provide examples on how the students were able to transfer theoretical models into real life application in nutrition, assessment, and language courses.
